The hotel is ideally located in the Old Town, offering easy access to the beach, shopping outlets, and restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated with modern furniture and new plumbing, although some initial luggage congestion was a bit inconvenient. The service was excellent, especially from Chris who ensured our early check-in and Thani who was incredibly helpful. The dining experience had a good selection overall, with minor breakfast issues. The facilities were well-maintained, enhancing our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the tranquil surroundings in the center of Benidorm, despite the small and dull room. The massive terrace was a plus point for enjoying the view. The service was exceptional, especially the friendly and efficient staff. The convenient location near the beach and shopping outlets truly enhanced my stay. The dining was a mix of Spanish fare, with some hits and misses. Overall, a comfortable stay with value for money.
